Added Search From here project to Vanilla Js Basic folder, Search From Here is a user-friendly tool that allows you to search multiple platforms—Google, Amazon, YouTube, and Wikipedia—from one interface. The project features a responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes, displaying search boxes in a neat grid layout.
