Astro Hack Week will take place from Aug 6 - 10 at Lorentz Center in Leiden, Netherlands. For more information, see the Hack Week Website or the venue website.
- The workshop will take place Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm, in the Lorentz Center @ Oort.
- Doors open at 9:00am, and the morning sessions begin as soon as we are all in the room
- A detailed Schedule for Astro Hack Week 2018 is now available
- Lunch and cookies will be provided each day
- If you're around on Sunday evening, Aug 5, we will have an informal meetup at 7pm (see Schedule for details)
- All participants are expected to agree to and abide by our Code of Conduct
This wiki is set up for all participants to use, read and edit. All you need is to sign-in with your GitHub account, and you can click the "Edit" button in the upper-right of the page.
If you are registered for the hack week, please take a minute to do the following:
- Add your name to the Participants List page here on the wiki
- Have an idea for a project to collaborate on? Add your ideas to the hack ideas documents in this google doc.
- New to hacking? There's some guidance here
- Have some expertise you'd like to share? Let us know at the Breakouts page
- Interested in Leiden night life? Add an idea to the Evening Outings page
- Follow some of the participants on twitter at #AstroHackWeek
- Check your email for an invitation to the Astro Hack Week Slack and see what people are talking about
The success of this hack week is up to you: come prepared to collaborate on some awesome new topics!
