add aae2 dataset

In this PR, we add aae2, another AM dataset, as per described in #10.

Requires: #66 and #61 (see below)

• fix data issue (see TODO in script file) @ArneBinder (see add aae2 data files #66 and 48d5891)
• add complete tests
• complete dataset card
• complete PR description

IMPORTANT: This PR is a bit messed up, the content of sciarg (#61) slipped into it. We will fix this as soon as #61 is merged.

IMPORTANT: This PR is still messed up. Therefore, we will continue to add this dataset in another PR (#92)
