What does this PR achieves:

  • Use Python 3.11 instead of 3.8
  • Remove old code for versions prior to Desktop 2.15
  • Update the config file for the 2.19 (add local_workspace)
  • Adapt old test cases (2.14 and 2.15) with new ones (2.18.3 and 2.19 if it stays the same as it currently is)
  • Little refactoring of method copy_files()
