p was small in patient I have corrected it .
Corrected ReadMe.txt and deleted the extra readme.txt files which were included.
Deleted - read me.txt as this was extra file

Solved issue #473 .
As there were extra readme.txt files included so
I have deleted the extra files and made only single file having all contents of readme.txt files.
