Some small crash fixes and minor improvements.
Now we will focus again for a new major release (2.3) ^^

• Add Marshmallow storage permission dialog
• Fix app crash on empty lists
• Fix wrong dialog title (Logout)
• Fix AL crash when user pressed back quickly
• Fix covers crash caused by the status
• Fix multiple tabs size issues on small devices
• Update translations
• Remove support button from the login page

Note: The support button was being abused!
