1.4 Release Candidate 1

Pre-release
The first release candidate of 1.4. Only a few minor fixes have been made and the application has been very stable while testing it. If all goes well, a final release will be very soon.
Changes since Beta 2:
- Added Arabic, French, and Portuguese (European and Brazilian) translations. Thanks to our community translators!
- Cleaned up time formatting.
- Fix for anime/manga titles appearing on list that were viewed, but not added.
- Fix image display issues in friend list.
