MIES_CheckInstallation.ipf: Update CHI_NIDAQ_XOP_64_HASH

The version from the website the author of this commit just downloaded has
a different hash compared to the one installed on the old computer.

As users will also gather the latest version from the wavemetrics website,
let's update it.
