SDR++ v1.0.1

This fixes the following bug:

• Sometimes the config gets corrupted and prevents SDR++ from ever starting again unless the config is deleted (aka json error when starting, then crash)
• FFT Not being resizable when the window is very small.

Important: See readme for dependencies, the MacOS and Ubuntu/Debian packages don't include them.

Note: The MacOS package is missing quite a few modules, please wait a few more days for me to fix that.
