Open Source License for CAD

Our Lung Cancer CAD project is licensed under the GNU AGPL v3.0 open-source license. GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 is a widely used license for 400+ open-source software projects. You can learn more about it here: GNU Affero General Public License v3.0

Is the AGPL license sufficient protection for donating a medical algorithm, or do we need to have an additional User Agreement for recipients of the CAD? (Recipients are charitable hospitals and organizations using the CAD algorithm).

If yes, what should the additional User Agreement look like?
