Joint Travel

• Joint tour frequency, party composition, and person participation implemented. See the design for more info.
• Also better separating calculated fields that are used for multiple sub-models from fields used just for specific sub-models.
• Joint tour primary destination choice, time-of-day choice, and tour mode choice are next and are similar to what has been previously implemented
• Will update end-user documentation once all models have been implemented and tested

Updated Release

• Version 0.5.2 released to PyPi and includes all performance, logging, and documentation updates to date.
