Tomcat returns 404 after play

Reported in #177

Symptom : Sometimes, when starting from a previous install, the webapp is not deployed properly in the /var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/ROOT/ directory and when going to the URL of the new IdP e.g. https://idp.sagrid.ac.za - the tomcat server throws a 404.
Workaround : Remove the contents of /var/lib/tomcat6/webapps (after backing up your customisations) and re-run the playbook.
