Drop meta-96boards dependency #311

  1. 96boards-tools: import 96boards-tools from 96boards repo 

    The only dependency on the meta-96boards is the 96boards-tools package,
which we use to resize rootfs on the first boot. Import the recipe here
to be able to drop the dependency.
