Bugfixes & Regional Stations

This release fixes some issues with filtering not showing any results (#4, #6) and it changes the filter order to 'date > genre > letter'. On the live & themed channels view you will now find support for all regional TV stations like AT5, RTV Utrecht, Omrop Fryslân and L1mburg. Requires Xcode 9.3 (Swift 4.1) to install.
