No weight column in the converted .mcool file

Hello, first of all thank you for creating this package.
I had one doubt, whenever I am converting the *.hic file to *.mcool file, the weight column is missing from the file?
Is there any way I can add that weight column in the new converted file

Hello! Sorry, this repo has been quiet for a while, so I suspect you have an answer by now. 🙂

You should be able to use cooler balance to add weights (documentation here). If you would like to use different weights, perhaps this guidance will be helpful?
