Credo did:web AnonCreds

AnonCreds did:web method registry for Credo.

Based on current draft spec being written in this repo.

Usage

In order to plug-in this into an Credo Agent instance you must register DidWebAnonCredsRegistry into the AnonCredsModule configuration:
