Disable arrow snapping

Sometimes I don't want the arrows to snap to other shapes. I would like a checkbox to disable snapping on individual arrows, or maybe disable automatic alignment when arrows are grouped.

For example, in the attached file, the arrows easily snap to the text boxes instead of the cube. When I edit the text, the arrow follows the text border. This happens even when I group everything without the texts.
