This is necessary for #2 and some other things.

Maybe a setContext() method on the Translate object.

This would also be great so we could pass the accept-language header along as well, so you could request a website in a particular language.

Update processDocuments() signature for allow passing headers

- Actually use the cookie sandbox passed to processDocuments()

For zotero/translation-server#16, we want to include Accept-Language
(and maybe other headers) from the client request in upstream requests,
which requires passing it to both non-translate processDocuments().
translation-server's non-translate processDocuments() is defined in that
repo, but it's called by the cross-repo translate processDocuments() in
utilities_translate.js, so the signature needs to be changed in both
repos.

We also apparently weren't using the cookieSandbox in client
processDocuments() calls, though I think that only would've affected
translator testing.

    Translate import formats via /web

    If the remote URL is text/plain or one of the known content types for
    the formats we support (e.g., application/x-bibtex), try to handle it
    via import translation. This allows, for example, a remote BibTeX file
    to be translated.

    This adapts some of the code from zotero#59 in a more general way, with a
    responseTypeMap property that can be passed to HTTP.request().

    Set item key to 'uri' property for export

    Zotero.Utilities.Internal.itemToExportFormat() adds a URI to the export
    data passed to translators so that they can generate a consistent
    identifier if necessary. Most translators don't need this but at least
    some (e.g., TEI) do. Unfortunately we can't build a proper item URI
    because we don't have user/group info, so we just use the item key
    instead.
