decals repo should be strictly for the DECALS python package. Move /python folder to first level. Move data elsewhere. Move analysis results (there should not be any) to galaxy-zoo-reduction. Consider removing c_from_zooniverse folder in favour of galaxy-zoo-reduction repo.
