backend domain setting page when on launching

for we need to use the same frontend for web based UI and app. so for APP we need to connect to remote server which is not the same domain, a setting page is required,

• setting page on launching of inputing the server domain
• save the server domian to local storage
• add a switch button on main page to relocate to setting page
