" RuntimeError: Numpy is not available "

So basicly, i installed all the requirements and all and for two days now it's telling me that "Numpy is not available".
I tried to change the version of Numpy in the requirements.txt folder because it installed the latest version instead of the version requested in the requirements file but it continued to give me an error message:

Please help me im searching for two days 5hours by days

And if its not a problem with Numpy its a problem with my FPS, even if i install cuda and all im still on 7 fps ( I got RTX 3060 )

never mind i fixed it but new problem : its spaming that in my cmd while i use the cheat

and it use a lot of memory

• i got 30 fps in the lunar vision help
