Add a make command that does the following.

  • Download the latest Genesis snapshot from https://snapshots.zetachain.com/latest-state-export.
  • Start a network with the previous version of the binary and import data.
  • Run the e2e test on it.
  • Upgrade the network to the present binary.
  • Run e2e test again
