Option not to untile window when moving it with mouse

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes I am using my computer mainly with mouse or touch screen, but still want auto-tiling. Currently there only way of moving windows around the layout with mouse or touchscreen is to hold the window to the edge of the screen and hope it ends up where you want it in the layout.

An option to keep windows tiled when moving with mouse, and only untile them manually with shortcut.

Yes this would help exponentially.

Edit: Also wanted to add that if it could also not untile while resizing windows that would be great too.
