SpaceDock/CKAN distribution is outdated and broken

Brief description of your issue (aka the problem)

The CKAN/Spacedock distribution is massively outdated (4.0.2.7), and it is missing a ton of files, notably the EL dll : SimpleConstruction\Plugins doesn't contain any dll, nor the ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads folder.

Moreover, there is no distribution available on GitHub and the curseforge link you provide on the release page is broken, there is a typo in the url : https://www.curseforge.com/kerbal/ksp-mods/SimpleConstrution/files

CKAN issues aren't being fixed - https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/pulls; kindly talk to CKAN folks.

the .dll is only available on Curseforge - and this won't change and is standard for all my modern addons.

• .dll's aren't included on GitHub releases
• SpaceDock (and therefor CKAN) are always at least one version behind CurseForge

the missing c in SImpleConstruction has been located and glued back into place.

Ok. Weird way to do things, but I guess you have your reasons.
Anyway, the point is that the Spacedock (and therefore CKAN) release is 100% broken since it's missing files.

Just follow that link provided above. This problem isn't just affecting my addons either and I have also attempted to do PR's as well.

25% of my addons are waiting to be added; and at least half of the nearly seventy addons currently listed on CKAN that are mine need their listings updated.
