Automatically scrape from all existing openai/evals to have all of the listed ones as zeno viewable.

Could potentially even webscrape from the 400+ pull requests and have those listed in a different section on the site. And/or make this a github bot that replies to openapi/eval prs with a zeno hosted version preview.

There are probably issues with this, but nevertheless something to think about.
