sub-song doubling

good work , the play list duplicates entry's if a song has sub-songs and winamp is restarted , if the song with sub-songs is double clicked on again the ( to start playing ) entry's are again added making the list of sub-songs doubled , this happens on winamp 5.8 build 3660, have not tested on other versions of winamp but presumably it will do the same.
