Discovery rule "Discover PostgreSQL Tables" in state "not supported" if some database is not finded.

Is it correct solution? If there is a problem with connect to some database of PostgreSQL instance, but we have not problem with connect to other databases of PostgreSQL, and as result, the whole discovery rule is not work.
