GUAM regression test suite not usable #531

The GUAM test suite is normally run using the RTGUAM.BAT command file.
The RTGUAM.BAT uses various subroutine .BAT files.
All of these have been moved to the rt\ subdirectory.
Internal paths are no longer correct.
Please fix the suite of bat files constituting the GUAM regression testing environment.
