What

撮影済みの従来のfpsの動画（30fps）をスーパースロー（240fps）の動画に変換する
そのために、各フレームごとに7つの新たなフレームを生成する
従来のsingle-frame interpolationではなく、variable-length multi-frame video interpolationなのが新規性
