aws的vpc只同步了美国的4个区的，其它国家的没有同步。如何开启所有国家vpc的同步。
另外通过api，创建实例只能管理弹性ip吗，普通的公网ip使用哪个方法？

使用官方的aws命令行，看是否可以获取到其他国家的资源信息

相同的key aws cli可以获取所有的vpc

麻烦点下云账号同步后，等待同步完成后，提取下后端region这段时间的日志
