When I post a new blog post at 3 am GMT+8 with the current date as the post filename, the post did not get shown on the website. I tested if I used the previous date as the post filename, and the post did get shown on the website immediately, so it wasn't an error with my post.
I was wondering what timezone this operates in and whether there is a way to change the timezone in which posts get updated.
