Issue Description and Steps

Currently, there's no support to build the library for tvOS using Cocoapods.
This is a blocker to use Microsoft CodePush on with React Native apps on tvOS.

Do you know how to check tvOS version at compile time?
I would like to know if there is a constant tvOS_version_max_allowed. I can't find it.
