Every time when I save the file in a project, there will be two .tags files, .tags and .tags1. the .tags is the tag file of the whole project and the .tags1 is the tag file of the saved file. when I save different files, the .ctags1 will change. Just the .tags1 can go to the declaration. I used it on Ubuntu 14.04.
