Create the public docker image using the docker registries like dockerhub/gcr

Create the docker image with the same. Like other technologies have the dockerhub account and image with the organization name.

Not 100% sure what this means as I'm relatively new to GitHub but I don't see why not! I think I've seen this elsewhere.

@JinnaBalu currently we don't have many docker image means for this organization published this project as an open source, In future more project converted to Opensorce then this will be benefit.
