feature: Add generating wait time control config

Feature request

I use Copilot mode, and I’ve also tried Claude. I feel that the time it takes for code suggestions after inputting code is a bit long. It seems like there’s a delay from when I stop typing to when the code generation request is sent. Is it possible to control this? For example, I’d like to have the code generation request sent if I stop typing for 50ms.
