"Forget my number" link is not underlined on hover #4

"Forget my number" is not technically a link (despite the fact that it looks like one), so it does not underline when you hover over it. This is inconsistent from the sponsor link on the same screen (which is a link).

This visual bug does not show itself on mobile, so this can go in the backlog for now.
