Feature parity with Yrs #43
Comments
Hi @dileping Our existing issues that we intended to track updates are no long out of date and shouldn't be considered accurate in any reasonable way. @Horusiath did just add in Undo support, but the other pieces are still outstanding. We would happily take pull requests with updates, and I'd recommend you join the Y-CRDT discord and dig into the #y-crdt-devs channel to coordinate any details there, if you're not there already. |
Hi @heckj! Thanks for the explanation. I'll get back to you soon with more updates about what we might need and what we might contribute once we dig into this a bit more. |
@heckj is there a link to the discord? I couldn't find it. I'm also interested in helping out to get to parity with Yrs. |
@mwildehahn https://discord.gg/T3nqMT6qbM should do the trick (from the README on the Yjs github repo: https://github.com/yjs/yjs) |
Ah I was looking for that there but missed it. Thanks!

Hi guys,
before posting this issue I have checked your plans and roadmaps. Though it's unclear if you have any timelines planned.
We are considering to use YSwift for our application, though we might need some more features support from the original Yrs before we move forward. To name a few:
types::Value
would be idealPlease, let me know if you have any timelines for these features and/or if you are willing to accept contributions from our team.
Thanks,
Daniel
