It seems that te required step to configure the authenticator in xwiki.cfg may be avoided by the use of a programmatic call as is done by the active directory application.

This would largely simplify the installation, world maker it possible without sysadmin manual working on xwiki cloud and would also maker uninstallation danger-free.
