Instance usage - Add a Reset button in each "More actions" section of the 3 modals

In the Instance usage section the Admins have access 3 different modals for monitoring the instance:

1. Usage modal
2. Spam modal
3. Recycle bins modal

Each modal has the " ⋮ " icon (More actions) option where the Admis can make several changes to the livetable - example:
Each change is saved as expected but at the moment there is no option to reset all the selections made to the default ones.

It would be a nice and easy way to have a Reset button where all the changes made in the more actions section would go back to default.
