Sending e-mail fails when using Amazon SES #49

When running the example Esp8266GMailTestSetName using Amazon SES, sending the test e-mail fails:

15:49:58.751 -> Connecting to XXXX
15:56:44.170 -> ..................
15:56:48.293 -> Connection: ESTABLISHED
15:56:48.293 -> Got IP address: 192.168.1.99
15:56:54.866 -> Sending status: 
15:56:54.866 -> 0
15:56:54.866 -> 250
15:56:54.866 -> Sending message error (554 Transaction failed: Duplicate header 'Content-Type'.)
