create 'high-score' list of current membership status

The idea is to have a 'high-score' list of members status. Public for everyone to see. May obfuscate their names/email, but people should be able to recognize their own entry.

First list of members with 'most' credits top. At top, in green, the ones with most payed into the future (>2 months). The next is, black, as in ok status, but need to fill up real soon. Followed by the ones need to pay within a month. These are "in blue". Lastly, the ones in red, are overdue. After red is the ones who 'just-fell-of' the list. Just there as a reminder. More than one month overdue, entry hidden.

People should also be able to lookup using their id, their payment history, or at least have it email to their address that they input.
