版本9.9.10-24108 (64位)
旧版本安装的插件，升级到现有版本后防撤回失效了

level是插件自带的模块，和QQ无关，需要手动npm i安装，或者release下载的包就可以直接用。
新版失效与此无关，建议回退旧版QQ（9.9.7）
