API started convert_model task with wrong parameters so no output was generated #28

Hi there!

I'm using the REST-Api to create buckets and start jobs.

Two Errors occur:

The Task gets started without the download path in it so aopt won't find any file.
The error leads to a downloadable package. Because the conversion fails the API should raise an error.
