Description:

When I click on approve or reject buttons, I'm not getting any feedback on the async operation, No loader in place

Steps to reproduce:

  • Enable workflow
  • Click Approve or reject button on the relevant workflow item in admin portal

Affected Product Version:

  • 3.2.0 new WF approval UI

wso2/api-manager#3479 can aggregate these two issues
