Monetizing an API

Description:

1. Pictures are mixed for :

• Create an account for the Tenant Admin.
  has a picture of API Publisher
• Create an account for the API Publisher
  has a picture of Tenant Admin.

2. in section 7. Configure the workflows it needs to emphasize that previously defined workflows need to be commented out for SubscriptionCreation and SubscriptionDeletion

3. In Configure WSO2 API Manager step in section b) Build the implementation of the respective monetization interface and add the JAR into the <API-M_HOME>/repository/components/lib directory.
   link is pointing to old org.wso2.apim.monetization.impl-1.0.0.jar need to be changed to new org.wso2.apim.monetization.impl-1.1.0.jar

4. in Step 4 - Send usage data to the billing engine
   under Obtain the consumer key and secret key pair by calling the dynamic client registration endpoint
   in command, there is -d @payload.json but it not defined anywhere on the page.

5. All command in step 4 needs to point to v0.16 instead of 0.15
