[4.4.0] Getting an error in console when disabling resident key manager #3747

Description

We encountered an issue in the Admin UI when disabling the resident key manager. When we click on the disable button first, it won't get disabled. But after clicking on disable button multiple times and refreshing, it is disabled. While analyzing, saw below error in the console.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to Admin console
• Try to disbale the Resident Key Manager

Could reproduce this issue in the Admin portal. We observed that it occurs not only when disabling the Resident Key Manager but also when enabling/disabling any key manager listed in the table.
