Description

We are encountering a NullPointerException when attempting to invoke AI APIs that have a Subscription Level Rate Limiting Policy applied.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Deploy the AI API with a Subscription Level Rate Limiting policy in place.
  2. Subscribe to the AI API with the attached subscription level rate limiting policy.
  3. Invoke a resource not related to the AI Chat
