[APIM 4.1.0] MANAGE APP button is not working #1419

Description

In the APIM 4.1.0 devportal, the MANAGE APP button is not clickable.

Further MUILink has introduced and removed the link tag[1] and hence this issue is occurring after the U2 level 3 APIM4.1.0.

Steps to Reproduce

Create API in the APIM 4.1.0 (Higher that U2 level 3) Publisher
Login to the Dev portal and Create APP
Subscribe to the API
Click API and navigate to the Subscriptions section
Click MANAGE_APP Button
