WIP Every Layout

Hi @justintadlock ,

I was watching the Dev Hours, and was very excited about the mention of Every Layout! I am a big fan of those layouts, and when building my own WordPress site, I utilized them. It felt like a natural progression to then create a plugin, adapting the layouts into reusable blocks.

I planned to contact the creators of Every Layout to discuss whether and how they would allow their layouts to be made available for WordPress. However, I wanted first to achieve a certain level of readiness with the blocks in the plugin. But now, realizing that layouts are a hot topic, and in order to avoid duplicating efforts, I would like to grab this opportunity to tag @Heydon and @Andy-set-studio here in hopes that the layouts can be available for the WordPress's site editor.
