@efucile, @hhaddouch, and I talked about this section yesterday and we recommend that it be included in a future revision of the Guide. The KPIs for WCMP2 are fairly developed, but the integration of them into the WIS2 Guide has not occurred yet.

Let's schedule inclusion of these KPIs into the Guide for the next release after INFCOM3 ... @golfvert - what do you think?

I note that the KPIs are also referenced in the Information Management section ...

• create a new issue reminding us to add the WCMP2 KPIs into a later version of the Guide
• update part3/information-management.adoc line 159

FYI, KPIs are also referenced on line 181 in global services.adoc. But I don't think it needs to be changed.

• A Global Discovery Catalogue will periodically assess discovery metadata provided by NCs and DCPCs against a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) in support of continuous improvement. Suggestions for improvement will be reported to the Global Monitor against the centre identifier associated with the discovery metadata record.
